For account issues, billing questions, or anything not covered in the app — email us at support@theproofapp.com. We respond within 48 hours.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app. Go to Profile → My Profile → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or modify your Proof Pro subscription go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
